Ok, in that post I post I fail to fully explain my point.  It would now seen that what ever one said to someone can be construed as hate speech and in some cases a hate crime.

The following follower really had a problem with my statement, “Saywhat?”, “Qscribe”. “Bachalon”, to say the least the discuss turn in braw, and Pam stop it. Which was her right, I have know for year that my mouth gets me in to hot water more then once. However during this discuss, one thing was proven that we are very quick to start the name calling, from I’m a “Republican” to “idiot” to a “mental case”, and my favorite “Moron”.

You're a gay republican aren't you? Because your need to defend the straight people is mighty telling of your own self-hatred.

Sorry to say I’m not a Republican, and no I don’t hate my self, However I do hate the fact that we (lgbt community) need to play the fucking victim card, over and over and over, it old hat and very tired.

we need to get the laws apply equally but claiming that we need this to protect ourselves is just stupid,
I would rather have equally protection under that laws (for crimes committed against me) then this other crap we have been fighting for.
i would rather have acceptance instead of marriage.
Which by the way won't and isn't a cure for all our problems.

The thought behind this post is that we should have lobby and fought to have current laws applied equally and fairly, instead of insisting on the creation of new laws to help protect us, which by the way hate crime law doesn’t really, it only add time to a sentence after the person is convicted of the crime.

Cause I'd rather have the marriage than the acceptance. Because people have a right to their stupidity and I respect their American right to that. Now 'acceptance' in the form of housing protection, employment, and the like to the basic essentials? That's what i want.

Many of the LGBT community thinks that if we get the right to marry that its going to solve all our problems, which it won’t.

We need to face the fact that we are truly pushing our lifestyle on others, Well, actually the Lesbians are, one might ask what do I mean by this, well lets take E-harmony and a photographer in New Mexico, for not servicing our needs. This is forcing the issue, no matter how we would like to hide it, this is forcing our choice on others. We sue when we can’t get our way, and force other to accept us.

these issue isn’t new, they just didn’t pop up out of the fucking blue.

DADT, was a complete failure, We have know since the very beginning of the Military that we were not welcome, the marriage issue has been around for a few thousand years, no new there, and GLBT specific laws make up more of victims.

What we need to do is to get our lawmakers and local DA to apply those law that are already on the book equally. in most case our sexuality should not be apart of it at all. But us being self center victims we have to make it about our sexuality.

hate speech is any thing that is said that upset another person.

WOW then this means if I don’t like what you say then I can classified it as hate speech, run off to the local magistrate and charge you with a hate crime..

Could this also explain why the KKK doesn’t hold public rallies anymore.

The one people that seems willing to show off their hate in public is the Phelps Family.. (which is a bunch of lawyers at that).

Why is it in every state where we are allow to marry and in CA where we were once allow to marriage, why does the national press, and local LGBT news and bloggers show pictures of the Lesbians who are marrying.

I can only guess because even in the screw LGBT community women are more important then the men, why else did GLBT got change to LGBT..

President Obama is a brave man. He doesn't hesitate to take great political risks. He asked Congress for billions to save the banking system and more billions to stimulate the economy - and Congress handed them to him. Not everyone looked happily on the trillions we'll be facing in debt, but in a Washington Post-ABC News poll released Sunday he still got a 69 percent approval rating - the highest of any president at the 100-day mark in 20 years - and 72 percent of Americans said they have a favorable impression of him. Not since Ronald Reagan's first 100 days has a president done so well. Obama is not only living up to most Americans' expectations, he's exceeding them.

So here we have a decisive president who's not afraid to act boldly on the economy. He takes the enormous risk of allowing the release of the torture memos, and even so more Americans approve of that controversial act than disapprove. Majorities say that that the country has turned around and is now headed in the right direction, and that he's kept his campaign promises.

That's a lot of political capital, and political capital is political power. The president may never have a better moment. There is, however, one campaign promise he's been silent on since he was elected in November: the repeal of "don't ask, don't tell." It's still up there on the White House website.

Honestly, the president and this White House has been silent about all of his promises related to equality since he took office. The White House has shown an aversion to even commenting on equality occurring around the country after it flubbed its response to the Iowa decision. And even worse on the DADT front, all the signals so far have been "delay because we cannot multitask." The funding for DADT continues, the discharges continue.

Lets face it, Obama never intended to lift the ban on gays in the military. This was just one of his campaign lies, to get his sorry ass in office, just like Clinton did, Clinton Signed DADT into law just as he did with DOMA, just like Clinton he claim to what equality for all, but we know that it isn’t want his bosses want him to do.. Please the President is nothing more then a puppet on a string

He agrees but does nothing at all, because he is to busy bailing out big Corp America, and those who gave big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to his campaign. All awhile screwing over those who really need help.
