The Fox News Channel abruptly cut to commercial after a mourner attending a Tuscon, Arizona vigil for those killed in Saturday's shootings mentioned Fox employee Sarah Palin as one of the culprits behind a rising tide of violent rhetoric in US politics and media.

As they awaited the beginning of a Pima County Sheriff's Department press conference, Fox News host Shep Smith cued a live video from the vigil for Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), who sustained a bullet wound to the head and was among a total of 19 shot in a sudden attack outside a grocery store.

At the vigil, which was carried live by some -- including CNN's website -- a man stepped up to the microphone holding a candle and implored those in power to ask themselves why they actually want to be in such a position.

"And I say to you, Sarah Palin," he began, just before Fox News abruptly cut the feed.

New York Democrats Strike Deal; Same-Sex Marriage Vote Tossed

A big deal went down between Democrats in the New York Senate today forged by pressure from the so-called gang of three (Sen. Carl Kruger, Sen.-elect Pedro Espada Jr., and Sen. Ruben Diaz), and the likeliness of a same-sex marriage vote coming to pass in the next session of the legislature went down the tube as a result, even though the deal gives Democrats a solid majority.

And here's the unacceptable part:
"A bill to legalize same-sex marriage will not be brought to the floor of the Senate for a vote this year. Smith will announce that he does not believe the measure has sufficient votes to pass - a statement that is at this point undoubtedly true, although it's unclear how long that will last if, as Democrats are hoping, the prospect of being in the minority leads to mass GOP retirements."

Its funny how the FBI and Secret Service found this person so fast, but this isn't the first time someones email account as be hack on yahoo, my personal email was hacked back in  04, the hacker didn't know the security question so I was able to reset my password and get my account back. how many others who were not so lucky, did the FBI help no..

Now we have this lady, on Fox news claiming that its a shame that Palin has to deal with someone hacking her email, where so might have or may not have been conducting state business through this email account. Then we all know how those assholes at Fox love the halfs truths and lies..

Personally I feel that public elected officals and state gov't employees should not use their private emails to send email to other elected officials..
