Gay Bashing Str8’s, who knew?

Welcome 2015..

Over at Qnotes there is a piece talking about the new Speaker of the House of the NCGA, and his anti-gay past.. I guess it took a while for Matt and NC Gayiner’s to put this piece together.

So Moore, supported the State Anti-LGBT marriage amendment, didn’t think a LGBT group at college should get funds.

he has this to say on the matter,

“At the heart of the issue was the belief that we shouldn’t use taxpayer dollars or student fees to fund a gay and lesbian group, as well as a lot of other groups for that matter,” Moore told the Raleigh paper.

He has stated that he would continue to defend the state Anti-gay marriage amendment.. So, now NC GayInc is after him.. what is he to do??

Here comes Equality NC,

Advocates for LGBT equality in the state said Friday they were disappointed with Moore’s comments.

“I think what was troubling is that Moore doubled down on his comments instead of apologizing for them at this point in 2015,” Equality North Carolina Executive Director Chris Sgro told qnotes.

Yes, you see you must bow down and kiss gayinc ass for your past mistakes.. NOT!!!

This Piece is you usual attack piece from GayInc here in NC.

But what is shocking is the Str8 bashing in the Comments.. (see I can’t comment on any piece at Qnotes, cause the truth hurts, and they can’t stand it).

see screen shot of the comments, screenshot1

now if this was the other way around, Matty would have deleted the comments asap, So we have (assuming these are gay folks) laughing at a str8 maybe), and stating that he need to just to come out..

See, folks, GayInc want you to believe that all LGBT folks are not bigots, or bullies, and so, that we are good little boys and girls, with not one evil bone in our bodies.. When the truth that we bully our own, that we support gay on gay hate crimes, that we just as anti-(anything) just like everyone else.

We are our own worst enemy. we bash each other, we use those slurs that we don’t want others to call us. Yes, you know them, Fag, Faggot, cocksucker, bitch, dyke, slur, and the list goes on and on.

See we are like ex-gay is a scam, while we support gay for pay men are not bi or gay, they are jus doing it for the money.. Bullshit, most of these fuckers are gay, just don’t want the title. The others are just using our community..

we are just like everyone else in the world, no better, no worst..

The bigots at our Rally

I guess the guy above wish he had a v-8 before he came to the rally

See the religious bigots aren't too happy, the Capital Police made them put down their blow-horn pa device.. and if they wanted to stay they had to be peaceful and quite while we had our rally.. The Capital police told us they had the right to be there even though they didn't have a permit, yet a few weeks early these idiots police told us that we would have to leave the lawn are be arrest for trespassing while the Religious Bigots had their rally..

Anti-gay groups plan marriage rally

Matt over at Qnotes has posted a story on the up and coming bigot marriage rally, that is set to take place the 17 of May of 2011.

Return America, a Wallburg, N.C.-based group headed by Dr. Ron Beaty of Davidson County’s Berean Baptist Church, is planning the event. It will be held on Hallifax Mall at the North Carolina Legislative Building on May 17. Attorney and Christian Law Association founder David Gibbs, Jr. is scheduled to speak at the rally.

The Davidson County religious advocacy group will be encouraging congregations across the state to attend.

“We are also asking every individual who believes in traditional Biblical marriage to make May 17th a priority day,” Return America states on its website. “The future of our children and grand children may be determined by the outcome of this Rally.”
The North Carolina Family Policy Council, a state affiliate of the Washington, D.C.-based Family Research Center, is also promoting the event.

Yes this is their first time here. They were here in 2009, March 1st, there was still snow on the ground when many of their supporters were bused in..

I did my parts, 1 as a local photographer covering the rallies, and Yes there was a small counter-protest there. After, I took my photographers 2, I joined my fellow LGBT members in their counter-protest..

I made my photos of this event able to few folks, and Qnotes was one of them, I wrote a few lines about the event, nothing happen.

So there are back in NC, not surprising really, but what is, is that our local equality group and a few national known bloggers still don’t want us to counter-protest. Fine,I suggest holding our very own Marriage Equality Rallies on the same lawn, ever that was stop down. I was told just call, write your local Representative in the NCGA. Please if your Rep is one of the co-signer or a GOP member who support the Anti-marriage bill, then what good will it do????
Here is the Slide show of the 2009, NC4Marriage Rally and the counter-protest..

The counter-protest

Some in NC also had the same ideal of our own Rally, From my Twitter timeline,
finally someone is willing to have a NC Marriage rally, no matter what our so-call leaders say http://on.fb.me/jGpfbr

Vigils in support of access to education spring up around the state–Greenville’s Vigil

I recently attend a Vigil that was organize by the Adelante Education Coalition. I attend the one  in Greenville, North Carolina. Here is the Photos taken at this event.

The turnout was small but still full of high hopes and spirit.

I borrowed a digital records, which has some issues, I didn’t record the opening statement by Juvencio Rocha Peralta, which I’m truly sorry for. However he spoke with great passion and spoke of fairness for those whom where bought here against their will at a very young age. How they don’t have a true feeling of home. Torn between counties. One they don’t know and the one they love, and live in.

Juvencio Rocha Pertalta had this to say,

“They are trying to stop kids from continuing their education,” Peralta said. “It's not fair to allow them to go to school K-12 and then not allow them to continue their education.”
and
“This country benefits from undocumented workers,” he said. “Why shouldn't they get the benefits of higher education?”

Dani Martinez-Moore,

North Carolina need a more educational workforce, not less educational one, in these tough economic times we want our leaders in Raleigh to do the right thing. Don’t make our state number one in discrimination, hate, and exclusion. Let’s begin instead about the business of building an economy that works for everyone, and keeping North Carolina a state that believes in education.

There were a few interesting quotes, “Remember that about 60 years ago this happen to another group seeking education” and “if this bill is pass it will be another dark mark in our history”
DSC_0540 Don Cavellini

I would like to bring a bit of comparison specially. We, up here on this side of the river; as they say in here Greenville. Some people refer to highway 11that goes by the airport as Bethel highway. Many you may not have been aware, I certainly wasn’t in this part of eastern NC, I been here 26 years. Prior to my arrival apparently the huge multi-national corporation known then as Burroughs-Wellcome was planning to located in the little town of Bethel, those whom own the land, who used to own slaves, chose not to welcome the huge pharmaceutical multi-national and Greenville got Burroughs-Wellcome that became Glaxo-Wellcome known now as DSM. Provide a lot of jobs. People of Bethel could have those jobs. Instead the land owner the backward people of northern part of Pitt county choose to try to keep blacks in their kitchens and in their fields they didn’t want them to get those better paying jobs at a huge pharmaceutical company, that meant Bethel stay a very small poor town, all but for the land owners that used to own slaves

Why do I tell that story it the same ignorance small minded, same kind of exclusion way of thinking that characterize this bill in Raleigh. HB11which was introduced on January 27, 2011. That is a minimal progress, minimal human rights and if anything that the coalition against racism here in Pitt County support the rights of everyone to have equal access to education all levels not just elementary and secondary but in college, it’s only fair.

The North Carolina Bill HB 11 is a nothing more than a way to keep those whom have less in state of ignorance and illiterate. keeping them at a sub-level below everyone else. Basically just like the Whites in the south try with African-Americans.

This is a mean-spirited bill,” says Rep. Paul Luebke of Durham of HB11. “It keeps young immigrants from getting a higher education. It deprives North Carolina of the skills of talented youth who can help build our future.”

House Bill 11 – no Postsecondary educational for Illegal Aliens.

This bill bought to you by this good ole county bigot Representative George G. Cleveland, here is his info click here.

Legislative Mailing Address:

Co bigots on this bill,
L. BrownCurrentFairclothFolwellFryeGuiceHager; HornIlerIngleJonesJordanLangdonMcGeeRandleman; SandersonSetzerTorbettH. Warren;

However for those whom are enroll under the bill you will get a chance to finish, unless on the bigots that it out,
SECTION 4.
This act is effective when it becomes law and applies to admissions and classes taken after that date, except that this act shall not prevent a  student enrolled in a program at a community college or constituent institution of The University of North Carolina as of that date or during the previous term or semester from completing that program

Face it folks if you are not white and rich the above could careless what happens to you.. Bigotry is still strong in the south and now in Charge of NC..

Now remember that the Bigot GOP folks are working on the budget, with a short fall in the billions, they plan to cut once again money from the educational budget, which the lottery isn’t helping since they high jacked the fund for other items. These illegals have to paid out of state tuition, which is much higher for those that live in state.

Also remember those that are here illegally that work and have state and federal taxes taken from them, can’t file for refunds, this is extra money the state has that doesn’t lawfully belong to the state..

Taste of bigotry in your mouth

phb
Over at the blend they have a nice big pot of double standard French Roast of Bigotry brewing.

All over the fact, that the  Christian owned Chick-fil-A support anti-gay groups with their money. The first clue that Chick-fil-A is owned by a Religious group is that they are close every Sunday.

From Change.org site,
sidebar_cow_eatmoreBet Chick-fil-A wishes this month would end. Over the past few weeks, the restaurant chain's deep ties to the anti-gay movement have been exposed and uncovered by a number of activists, most notably Jeremy Hooper at Good As You. Whether it's Focus on the Family, the National Organization for Marriage, the Pennsylvania Family Institute, or Exodus International, Chick-fil-A ties run deep.
Of course, the President of Chick-fil-A wants gay people to share no hard feelings. The restaurant will gladly feed homosexuals gobs of chicken sandwiches, after all. But when it comes to marriage, Chick-fil-A believes strongly that same-sex couples just don't deserve equal rights.
As we wrote about a few weeks ago, Chick-fil-A's charitable arm, the WinShape Foundation, has been particularly active in the fight against marriage equality. They've hosted conferences with some of the leading opponents of gay marriage in this country. A higher up at WinShape has even praised the efforts of anti-gay activist David Blankenhorn for working against marriage equality, and for articulating a solid reason why American culture should reject same-sex couples.
Now comes some email correspondence that Good As You has shared on their blog, where the WinShape Foundation's Retreat Center -- a center run by the charitable arm of Chick-fil-A -- admits that they have a severe distaste for LGBT people.
The email correspondence goes a little something like this. Someone writes WinShape an easy question about whether their retreat center is open to LGBT people. WinShape's response:
However Pam added this line, which I completely disagree with,
They sure like homos to contribute to the bottom line, but no marriage for you...
Here we go again forcing our agenda on others, while bitching to anyone whom will listen.

However they also said the follow, which a few blogs have left out, I can only assume that Gay Inc. ask them to leave this part out.

Change org, is I’m sure apart of Gay Inc., too
Yet the President of Chick-fil-A still says that all people, including LGBT people, are treated with respect by the restaurant?
However the writer Michael Jones felt that he need to add this comment to the line,
Huh, what a funny definition of respect.
So they don’t respect us simply because they don’t believe in same-sex marriage. Yet when we visit their restaurants we are greeted just like everyone else. I don’t think I have ever heard them say Sorry faggot, we don’t serve your kind here, or please use the back door.

What Change Org, and other blogs like the blend does tell you, but I will. I know a Chick-fil-A owner, and She is an Out and Proud Lesbian, she hire LGBT folks too. I guess the community will call her a turn coat or a self hating, loathing Lesbian. Surely would boycott her the Country Club, simply because she a Chick-Fil-A owner.

See even in our own community we have double standards on judging our members. We don’t even have equality within our community..

Nice Work Pam, are we on our ........ this week

Ok if the clothes we wear make us gay, then I guess the same could be said about all those young African America guys being thugs and drug dealers simply by the way they dress..

Pam this completely wrong, today you prove you our bias.

Lets look at the comments on this story from PHB Readers

*[new] Sister should have gone with the little black dress
would have been more tasteful and caused less speculation.

Shooting Himself In The Foot
I don't know why this closet case would even fight against hate crime protections for gay people - I've seen people get their ass whooped for dressing LESS festive than this queen does. ANYONE can pose poolside with a huge pair of knockers standing behind him - he's not fooling anyone.

WOW, I'm a bigot's facebook wall,

wow I feel so honored to be on a NC4 Marriage bigot facebook wall,, let I can't see what is written because I'm not his friend, and don't plan to be anytime soon..

click here to visit facebook wall, btw he is on twitter as well click here

Does this mean I have arrived, to be talk about by people who thinks str8 should be on the only one to marry, those folks who want to keep their kids stupid when it comes to sex and sexual diseases.. I bet he is also a teabagger, which would make him a racist as well..

The funny thing is that I kinda met this jerk at the NC4Marriage Rally this past March in Raleigh or was  it February anyway, I feel very honor to be listed for ever on his Facebook Wall...

Children should't be subject to life long medical choices

Very interesting statement, which I'm sure the #transinc community will claim to be Transphobic.. in natural. There is nothing bias ...
