Something I found was surfing the net

the effort to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) for many years – in fact, entirely too many years. It is inexcusable that our LGBT families and loved ones must continue to endure a legal system in which they can be fired in 29 states for being gay or lesbian, and in 38 for being transgender or expressing their gender identity differently.

This pic just might be true, however Str8 and gays are sometime fired for things that should not matter.

I wonder how many of those whom join Soul force in the past and present just might one day lose their job for simply being arrest for trespassing. Better yet, how about being fired for a bad check you wrote back in 1991, that was taken care but is still on your records.

I personally feel that our community use this as the main excuse to justice why they were fired. Because we always do our jobs, we are never late, we never take personal calls, take more then our breaks allow, we never surf the web or visit those no no site while at work.

It would seem that we blame everything that happens to us as gay hate, The only thing I haven't heard of  is "I was deny a loan because I was gay.."

So is there anything in our life that we don't blame on our sexuality???

Children should't be subject to life long medical choices

Very interesting statement, which I'm sure the #transinc community will claim to be Transphobic.. in natural. There is nothing bias ...
