World AIDS Day 2008

Over 30 years of Aids and where are we Today, So many friends and family members lost to this silent killer of millions.

In the beginning the Govn't didn't want to help us at all, ACT UP was there to force the issue to bring the issue to the forfront. They were there to educate the public, they were they to tell their stories how the Government didn't care if we live or die.

A whole decade lost forever.

Today we have Meds that have help other to live longer lives.

Then there was those who hate us for having this disease..

A number of misconceptions have arisen surrounding HIV/AIDS. Three of the most common are that AIDS can spread through casual contact, that sexual intercourse with a virgin will cure AIDS, and that HIV can infect only homosexual men and drug users. Other misconceptions are that any act of anal intercourse between gay men can lead to AIDS infection, and that open discussion of homosexuality and HIV in schools will lead to increased rates of homosexuality and AIDS.

Children should't be subject to life long medical choices

Very interesting statement, which I'm sure the #transinc community will claim to be Transphobic.. in natural. There is nothing bias ...
