As per Court House News,  Merrill Lynch and Bank of America have filed a lawsuit claiming they were scammed for $90 million by Stephen Jarchow, director of the Regent Group of Entertainment Companies, the parent company of The Advocate,OUT, HERE!, gay.com. and shewired.com.
