If what he did wasn't criminal then all other would were convicted doing the same thing should be free, right. Now child predator need to be in jail, and Mark should be there too. However I bet even if he was charge I bet he would have gotten a nice plea deal, with no jail and he doesn't have to register as a Sex offender.
