November the 15th is a hot date

NOVAM is proud to present the 2nd annual Concert for Hope on Saturday, November 15, at the Kenmore Middle School Auditorium in Arlington. This event is a musical celebration in recognition of World AIDS Day (held annually on December 1). The goal is to bring the community together in an uplifting, positive way and promote the good work being done localy to combat HIV/AIDS. This event is a celebration of life and the power of community to make a difference for individuals, children and families affected or infected by this illness.
Performers include a capell ensemble Potomac Fever, classical vocalists Rock Creek Singers, both gropus of the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, D.C., and Mosaic Harmony, a multicultural, interfaith choir based in the Washington, D.C. area. We'll also have a special performance from the Unity Fellowship Church of DC Drum Ministry!

Two panels from the AIDS Memorial Quilt will be on display in the lobby.

Orchestra section: $75*
*Includes entrance to pre-event reception at 6:30 p.m. where desserts
